Contract and Purchase Order Management:
Assist in managing the process of contract renewals and purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and compliance with NPS policies and procedures.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate the administrative aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes per NPS Technology Policies, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the department's budget, expenditures, and financial transactions.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Technology department.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Administrative Support:
Assist in various administrative tasks and maintain departmental records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Project Assistance:
Support the Technology department in various projects and tasks, contributing to its overall success and efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Director of Technology, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the department's evolving needs.
