DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT

        OF POSITION:

Position requires the following:

• Provide support and services to students with disabilities to meet educational goals and objectives;
• Ability to work under the direction of special education and general education teachers and take feedback well;
• Ability to collaborate with staff in and out of the classroom;
• Work effectively with students to monitor behavior at lunch and recess times;
• Willingness to be trained in de-escalation strategies (Safety Care);
• Flexibility, kindness, and a positive attitude required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to perform necessary physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities.

SALARY:

$24.00 - $26.98 per hour
